• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Spam or engage in manipulative behavior
• Use automated systems to access the platform
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Post content that violates our Community Guidelines

Commerce and Transactions

When you purchase products through Twari, you enter into a contract with the seller, not with Twari. We facilitate transactions but are not responsible for product quality, delivery, or customer service.

• All sales are subject to the seller's terms and conditions
• Twari charges an 8% platform fee on sales
• Sellers are responsible for taxes, shipping, and customer service
• Disputes should be resolved directly with the seller

Intellectual Property

Twari and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Twari and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. You may also delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Twari is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.
